Proper joint preparation is extremely vital for the long-term life of the repaired joints. Our practices ensure that you get strong, durable joints.

• The proper removal and resealing of all control joints, coping joints, window and door perimeters, etc. — we can also cut out and install new control joints within the existing masonry if needed
  
• Each joint is thoroughly cleaned free of old sealant
  
• Installation of needed accessories to achieve sufficient bond, i.e., bond breaker tape, backer rod, primers, etc.
  
• We use only the highest quality sealants available
